NC Ag Fest 2009

We took Landon to the 2nd annual NC Agricultural Festival at the NC State Fair Grounds last weekend. It is free to get in and a lot of the exhibits are free as well. You mainly have to pay for food/drinks, and the rides they have set up and anything at the grandstand like tractor races/pulls. They have a petting zoo, pony rides, it is almost like going to a smaller version of the NC State fair. Landon wanted to ride rides this year so we bought a few tickets for him to ride a few things. They also had a building that had food vendors set up and most were giving away free samples and you could also buy their products.

Wow, it was like a mini fair! Looks like Landon had lots of fun things to do, and seems like Brian had fun too! Glad you were able to take advantage of "free" fun. Landon certainly is not afraid of anything!

That looks like it was soooo much fun, just without the hassel of the lines at the fair!!! Hey... are we doing FV again this year for the fireworks??

I don't know when they are doing it this year, when I find out we can plan something if you don't already have plans. I think Chris and Mindy will be in Winston Salem this year for the 4th so if it is all right with you it may just be your family and my family unless you know of some others that might care to join us!
