A few weeks ago, Brian and I got hardwood floors upstairs in our living room, dining room, and hallway. We are enjoying them even though we haven't had them that long. It is very echoy so we need to get some rugs to put in the living room and dining room to help cut that down. I think the hardwood floors were a wise investment and I am sure we will enjoy them for years to come!

Had them installed, couldn't beat the man's $1.50/sq ft for labor! He also bought the wood for us and he got a much better deal then I found anywhere else for real, not laminate, pre-finished harwood, $3.50/sq ft.
