A funny thing happend...

I was shopping at Wal-Mart yesterday when this little girl kept pointing at Landon and me and saying something to her mom, which I couldn't hear. I was just thinking she was talking about how cute Landon is or something to that effect. She looked to be possibly 7-10 years old. Well as I continued to shop they ended up on the aisle with me again and she again said "Mom, look..." and pointed at Landon and myself. Again I didn't hear what she had to say. Well as they passed us on the aisle she said "butterfly, Mom, look at the butterfly". Her mom said "yes, sweetheart, I see it, it's pretty." Since they were looking at me I just smiled and nodded and then the Mom said to me, "she is looking at your butterfly". "I said excuse me?", as I looked down at my shirt to see what I was wearing, I had no idea what she was talking about, I didn't remember having a butterfly on my shirt. Her mom pointed to my head and said, "your butterfly, in your hair." So I touched my head and a butterfly flew off of my head. Apparently I carried a butterfly into Wal-Mart with me and the Mom thought it was like a barrette or a pin. She kept saying how pretty it was and that she liked it and when the butterfly flew away, you should have seen her face...she started laughing and seemed a little embarrassed.

So I had no idea I was walking around Wal-Mart with this butterfly just hitching a ride until this little girl and her mom pointed it out to me!

Hilarious. Will never happen again. I guess you had an angel along with you yesterday, in the form of a butterfly!

I have thought about this story ever since I read it. That is such a cute story. Who knew you were the butterflies transportation when they didn't feel like flying? You may be famous!
