Oh DEER!

I I don't know about any of you, but I have always wondered where all the deer go with all the construction they are doing and cutting down all the trees. I finally think I figured it out, one evening we were coming home from dinner with some family members and as we were pulling into our driveway there were 3 deer standing in our side yard next to the woods. Of course they ran back into the woods once they saw the lights of the car.

Then one evening we were coming back from the pool, it's still light out, and there is one standing in the same spot. It quickly ran back into the woods once we started making a big deal about it to show Landon our 1 yr old.

We if again today, this morning around 10:30/45 in our back yard, well maybe more the neighbor behind us' side yard there wasn't a momma deer and 2 babies. I tried to capture it on camera but they were too busy playing for me to get all 3 at the same time. I think I only got the mom in the picture, you can't see the babies at all.

The neatest part was that the kids I have in daycare were able to see it, actually one of them saw them out the window and asked what it was so it was fun not only for me to talk to them about it but for them to see it as well!
